Everyone appears in the form of Chenrezig; all sound is the sound of his mantra;  Everything that arises in the mind is the great expanse of wisdom.

Dedication:

GE WA DI YI NYUR DU DAG.
CHEN RE ZIG WANG DRUB GYUR NË.
DRO WA CHIG KYANG MA LÜ PA.
DE YI SA LA GÖ PAR SHOG.

Through the virtue of this practice may I now quickly achieve the All-seeing One's great state. And to this same state may I come to lead
every being, not one left behind.

Di tar gom dai gyi peï seu nam kyi
Da tang da la drel to dro oua kunn
Mi tsang lu di por ouar gyur ma t'a
De oua tchen tou dzu te kye ouar shog
Kye ma t'ag tou sa tchou rab dru nai
Trul pai tcho tchour chenn  teunn  dje par shog.

With all the merit of these thoughts and words, may I and every being to whom iI am joined, when these imperfect forms are left behind, be born miraculously in the realm of bliss (dewatchen).Crossing the ten stages directly after birth, may emanations fill the ten directions in service for the benefit of all sentient beings.
